Over these few pages you should find out about Student Adventures and how we can potentially work with you and your student fundraising organisation.
The Principals of Student Adventures
Student Adventures is about being able to offer the student population of the UK an opportunity to undertake incredible outdoor adventures in the UK and further afield and making it accessible to them by having affordable registration fees and achievable fundraising targets for charity.
More importantly for RAGs, Student Unions and other student fundraising organisations, Student Adventures is keen to work in partnership with you to give you the opportunity to offer your fellow students some really exciting adventures. Student Adventures hopes that by working in partnership with your organisation we will be able to help you:
- Meet your strategic goals
- Increase awareness of your organisation with your student body by being able to offer exciting and affordable challenges
- Increase levels of participation across your organisation
- Increase the overall funds you raise for charity
- Offer student development opportunities to your students
Student Development - Our Commitment to You
Student Adventures are committed to employing student staff in our company to provide interesting and rewarding employment opportunities for the summer, perhaps you or some students on RAG Committee would like this experience.
Student Adventures is proud to be the title sponsor for Kent Rag Conference 2010 and support RAGs from across the UK as they take the annual opportunity to meet with their peers, charities and industry contacts to share best practice and keep in touch with one another.
Student Adventures also organise our own Student Leaders Conference to help the students we work with directly on a day-to-day basis to make the most of the skills that they have developed. If you are a student leader, RAG Chair, Sabbatical officer or leading member in your organisation you could well be at this conference meeting key industry contacts and networking for future employment after University - a rare opportunity not to be missed. Oh and did we mention at no cost to you either, except maybe a beer in the evening!
