Minimum Sponsorship

If you choose to register with the minimum sponsorship option you will be asked to:

• Pay the registration fee for your adventure to confirm your place
• Agree to fundraise a minimum amount of sponsorship for your chosen charity

In pledging to fundraise for charity through one of our events you agree to give any monies raised to your charity as and when it is collected. There is an understanding and expectation for the charity to meet the outstanding cost of your adventure in return for:

• Raising and giving 50% of your fundraising target to the charity 12 weeks prior to the start date
• 100% of your fundraising must be given to your charity 4 weeks prior to the event

The minimum sponsorship target exceeds the cost of the trip by at least 50% and thus the charity benefits from this net income and 100% of any funds you raise over and above the minimum sponsorship target.
