RAG Adventure Leaders are entrepreneurial self-starters who know how to use their initiative to get the job done in a result-orientated role that is well rewarded with the opportunity to travel. They are prepared to work within the structures of their University Rag organisation as part of the team for the benefit of RAG and the charities they support.

Introduction
Student Adventures recognises the desire in young people to experience the world, challenge themselves beyond natural comfort zones and make a difference to the community around them. Student Adventures is pleased to be able to meet all these needs by offering tailor made charity adventure challenges throughout Europe and around the world that enable our clients to have truly 'once in a lifetime' experiences as they take in visually stunning surroundings and experience cultures of the world up close on a variety of adventures.

Job Purpose
Adventure Leaders are the first point of contact for students who undertake the journey of taking part in an Adventure. Adventure Leaders principal role will be to market and recruit students to participate in our adventures. Following on from this initial recruitment phase the AL will provide customer support in the lead up to the adventure and then out in the field on an adventure.
