Voluntary bike guides are practical, hard-working and experienced cyclists who can support our professional guides and are committed to providing excellent event experiences for Adventure participants and encourage their enthusiastic pursuit of cycling.

Introduction

Student Adventures is pleased to be able to meet all these needs by offering tailor made charity adventure challenges throughout Europe and around the world that enable our clients to have truly 'once in a lifetime' experiences as they take in visually stunning surroundings and experience cultures of the world up close on a variety of adventures.

Job Purpose
Voluntary Bike Guide principal role is to support our professional guides in supporting the riders en-route by keeping their morale high and ensure clients' bikes are maintained to allow them to complete the challenge. Bike guides are often their first point of contact for the rider so a friendly and positive demeanour at all times is key to ensure that the event provision is delivered to expectations and the customer experience is first class.

Responsibilities
The role and responsibilities of a Voluntary Bike Guides includes but not exclusively:

Re-numeration
The role of Bike Guide is a voluntary role and your expenses will be paid for and your accommodation and catering throughout the event will be provided for.

Notes
The role reports to the Events Director
